{FOR BOTH NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS}
यहाँ सामान्य नियम और शर्तें हैं जो दोनों राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतिभागियों पर लागू होती हैं:
*The applicant must agree to abide by all rules & regulations by the organizers.
प्रतिभागी को आयोजकों द्वारा निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होना चाहिए।
*The Applicant should be carrying their age proof to be produced if required anytime during the completion
FOR INDIAN NATIONAL - (The Proof can be in the form of Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving license.
FOR INTERNATIONALS (FOREIGNERS) - PASSPORT WITH VALID VISA : ( Upon your selection the Pageant office will be providing you with all the required documents for your visa)
प्रतिभागी को अपना आयु प्रमाण ले जाना चाहिए जिसे आवश्यकतानुसार किसी भी समय प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है। भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए - प्रमाण पासपोर्ट, आधार कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के रूप में हो सकता है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतिभागियों (विदेशियों) के लिए - वैध वीजा के साथ पासपोर्ट: (चयन के बाद पेजेंट कार्यालय आपको वीजा के लिए आवश्यक सभी दस्तावेज प्रदान करेगा।)
*Any incorrect information given or shared on the contest will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to, during, or after participation.

*The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account & for any reason what so ever.

*Incomplete forms or photocopies of filled–in-form will not be accepted.
अधूरे फॉर्म या भरे हुए फॉर्म की फोटोकॉपी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।
*The applicant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other show/commercial for the said dates of the pageant contest.
if the candidate is unavailable for the dates or chooses to cancel due to any of the above reason no Refund will be made in any circumstances.
एक बार शॉर्टलिस्ट होने के बाद, प्रतिभागी पेजेंट प्रतियोगिता की तारीखों के लिए किसी अन्य शो/वाणिज्यिक का हिस्सा नहीं हो सकता है। यदि उम्मीदवार तारीखों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है या उपरोक्त कारणों से रद्द करना चुनता है, तो किसी भी परिस्थिति में कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
*In the event of any dispute, the organizers' decision is final.
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में, आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
*The decision of judges is final in all cases.
न्यायाधीशों का निर्णय सभी मामलों में अंतिम होगा।
*The participant should not be in contract with any person, firm, agency, or any other company or corporation that would prevent his/her appearance or participation in this contest. The participant agrees to indemnify “EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD” & its associated companies for any claim etc. that may be brought against it in this or any other regard.
प्रतिभागी को किसी भी व्यक्ति, फर्म, एजेंसी, या किसी अन्य कंपनी या निगम के साथ अनुबंध में नहीं होना चाहिए जो उनकी उपस्थिति या इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने से रोकेगा। प्रतिभागी सहमत है कि वह "एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" और उसकी संबद्ध कंपनियों को किसी भी दावे के लिए मुआवजा देगा जो उनके खिलाफ लगाया जा सकता है।
*The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined & respectable manner throughout as per the schedule given.
Please feel free to contact the team to understand to schedule in person to avoid any confusion.
प्रतिभागी को दिए गए कार्यक्रम के अनुसार पूरे आयोजन में अनुशासित और सम्मानजनक तरीके से भाग लेना होगा। कृपया किसी भी भ्रम से बचने के लिए निर्धारित कार्यक्रम को समझने के लिए टीम से संपर्क करने में संकोच न करें।
*The applicants must behave in a manner befitting the title of Classic Exclusive & Extraordinary– I AM THE WORLD
प्रतिभागियों को क्लासिक एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड के शीर्षक के अनुसार व्यवहार करना चाहिए।
*Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper manner & portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime or in any way misconduct herself during the course of the entire contest
उम्मीदवारों को उचित तरीके से व्यवहार करना चाहिए और उच्च नैतिक मानकों को प्रदर्शित करना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार किसी भी समय या किसी भी तरह से शराब का सेवन नहीं करेंगे, अवैध दवाओं का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे या सार्वजनिक रूप से धूम्रपान नहीं करेंगे या गाली का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे या पूरे प्रतियोगिता के दौरान अपने आप को गलत तरीके से पेश करेंगे।
*PHOTOSHOOT & PHOTOGRAPHS
फोटोशूट और फोटोग्राफ्स

The Entire Event will be covered by Still Photography, Video.

पूरे आयोजन को स्टिल फोटोग्राफी और वीडियो द्वारा कवर किया जाएगा।

Few pictures of the Event may be uploaded on our page during the event however the covered pictures & Photographs will be uploaded with perfection only after filtering the entire photo-shoot & editing after a weeks’ time. The same will be shared with the contestants in about 15days time from the conclusion of the event.

All photos submitted or taken during the contest shall become the absolute property of “EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD” & may be used in pre-event or future promotions & marketing events at their sole discretion & shall not be limited to Beauty Pageants.

प्रतियोगिता के दौरान जमा की गई या ली गई सभी तस्वीरें "एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" की पूर्ण संपत्ति बन जाएंगी और उनके एकमात्र विवेक पर पूर्व-आयोजन या भविष्य के प्रचार और विपणन आयोजनों में उपयोग की जा सकती हैं और सौंदर्य प्रतियोगिताओं तक सीमित नहीं होगी।
*Entries received after the last dates will not be accepted. The organizers will not be responsible for any delayed or lost entries.
अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त एंट्री स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी। आयोजक किसी भी देरी या खोए हुए एंट्री के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
*The final contestants will be selected from the entries received till the last entry date.
अंतिम प्रतिभागी अंतिम एंट्री तिथि तक प्राप्त एंट्री से चुने जाएंगे।
*The entries will be judged by the panel of eminent judges, the decisions of the judges will be final & binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the result will be entertained.
एंट्री को प्रतिष्ठित न्यायाधीशों के पैनल द्वारा आंका जाएगा, न्यायाधीशों के निर्णय प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी पर अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होंगे। प्रक्रिया को अपनाने या परिणाम के संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
*The Jury's name will not be disclosed until the conduct rounds.
जूरी का नाम कंडक्ट राउंड तक नहीं बताया जाएगा।
*If candidates require special classes or towards grooming & Training ( Ramp Walk, Personality Development, Image Consultancy, Hair & Makeup Session & Photo Shoot) other then the event Feel free to contact the team for guidance. How ever the benefit will be obtained only by our registered candidates.

*In the event of any dispute, the Organizer's decisions are final & binding on the applicant.

*Any dispute whatsoever shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.

*The candidates agree to abide by all rules & regulations which may be changed from time to time by the organizers & Candidates shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
उम्मीदवार आयोजकों द्वारा समय-समय पर बदले जाने वाले सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं और उम्मीदवारों को इसके बारे में कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।
*The participant shall not give any interviews or hold any sort of press conference without the prior permission in writing from the authorized signatory of "EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD".
प्रतिभागी को "एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" के अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता से पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना कोई साक्षात्कार नहीं देना चाहिए या किसी भी प्रकार की प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस नहीं करनी चाहिए।
*The "EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD" is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for delays disruptions non-receipt of an adequate number of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account & for any reason whatsoever.
"एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" किसी भी विलंब, व्यवधान, पर्याप्त संख्या में आवेदनों की गैर-प्राप्ति या किसी भी खाते या किसी भी कारण से कार्यों के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
*Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the organizers & the candidates shall raise no objections what so ever in regard. All the participants will be informed well in advance for changes occurred if any. The organizers are open for suggestions if any but the final decision will be made by the organizers.
आयोजनों के कार्यक्रम और योग्यता दौर को आयोजकों के पूर्ण विवेक पर बदला जा सकता है और उम्मीदवारों को इसके बारे में कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी। सभी प्रतिभागियों को किसी भी परिवर्तन के लिए पहले से सूचित किया जाएगा। आयोजक सुझावों के लिए खुले हैं, लेकिन अंतिम निर्णय आयोजकों द्वारा लिया जाएगा।
*"EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD” Directors, Officers, & sponsors, etc. are not responsible accountable or liable in any manner what so ever for any personal injury to anyone or dangers/compensation, etc. on account of any event, incident cancellation/change in the rules & regulations of change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
"एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" के निदेशक, अधिकारी, प्रायोजक, आदि किसी भी व्यक्तिगत चोट या खतरे/मुआवजे के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे, जो किसी भी आयोजन, घटना, रद्दीकरण/नियमों और विनियमों में परिवर्तन या आयोजनों की तारीखों में परिवर्तन के कारण हो सकता है, जो आयोजन से पहले, उसके दौरान या बाद में हो सकता है।
*The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined & diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them & participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision was taken in this regard by "EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD" shall be final.
प्रतिभागी को दिए गए कार्यक्रम के अनुसार पूरे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में अनुशासित और मेहनती तरीके से भाग लेना होगा और सभी अभ्यासों में भाग लेना होगा। इस संबंध में "एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" द्वारा लिया गया कोई भी निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
*"EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD" organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participating in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk & liability & shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against “EXCLUSIVE & EXTRAORDINARY - IAMTHEWORLD” organizers.
"एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" आयोजक प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी के कारण होने वाली किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी हानि या शारीरिक चोट के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। प्रतिभागी अपने जोखिम और दायित्व पर भाग लेंगे और "एक्सक्लूसिव एंड एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी - आई एम द वर्ल्ड" आयोजकों के खिलाफ किसी भी खाते पर कोई दावा नहीं करेंगे।
*The organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non- completion / non-occurrence of the event.
आयोजक आयोजन की गैर-पूर्णता/गैर-घटना के लिए किसी भी तरह से जिम्मेदार या दायी नहीं होंगे।
*The Pageant has a one-time Participation Fee only for the shortlisted Participants. (There are just one-time fee and no other hidden charges). The fee is non-refundable in all circumstances of withdrawal from the contestant’s side. However, in accordance with any event if the event is canceled by the organizers the fees shall be refunded.
पेजेंट में केवल शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए प्रतिभागियों के लिए एक बार का भागीदारी शुल्क है। (केवल एक बार शुल्क है और कोई अन्य छिपी हुई फीस नहीं है।) शुल्क प्रतिभागी की ओर से वापसी की सभी परिस्थितियों में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। हालांकि, यदि आयोजकों द्वारा आयोजन रद्द किया जाता है, तो शुल्क वापस किया जाएगा।
*Candidates understand & agree that should they be crowned the pageant winner, they will have to be available to represent the country at International Pageants make personal appearances for press conferences shows, etc. assigned if any. She further understands that continuous unavailability to fulfill the personal participation after the crown may result in the forfeiture of her title prizes must be returned & her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
उम्मीदवार समझते हैं और सहमत हैं कि यदि वे पेजेंट विजेता होते हैं, तो उन्हें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पेजेंट में देश का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए उपलब्ध रहना होगा, प्रेस कॉन्फ़्रेंस, शो, आदि के लिए व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति बनानी होगी। वह आगे समझती है कि ताज के बाद व्यक्तिगत भागीदारी को पूरा करने में लगातार अनुपलब्धता के परिणामस्वरूप उसके शीर्षक की छूट हो सकती है, पुरस्कार वापस करने होंगे और उसके उत्तराधिकारी पूरे वर्ष के लिए उसकी जगह लेंगे।
